We drove to Mount Cook and went on a boat trip to the Tasman Glacier. Here is a big iceberg we saw!

Museum and art gallery in Dunedin today and then a night visit to the peninsula to watch over 100 little blue penguins come on shore.

Thursday we drove along south coast of south island. Had a lovely swim in Curio beach with seals. Evening drive to Roaring Bay and saw the endangered Yellow eye penguin. Honestly it is there in the picture!!

Caught the ferry to Oban on Stewart Island and on a night walk saw a Kiwi in the wild. Also Penguins, Albatross, Seals Dolphins and fish.

A fabulous ovenight cruise on Doubtful sound in perfect weather. Dolphins appeared this morning.

This Takahe flightless bird is endangered with only 300 left. We saw a breeding park which is trying to increase numbers. Here is a statue of one in Te Anau
